Robots And Robotics
Robots and robotics are no longer in the realms of science fiction and today they are as likely to be found in the home as on the factory production line. We aim to have our site provide masses of information about the general topic of robotics but, initially, we will be concentrating upon robots for the home rather than industrial robots or robotic engineering (as we progress we hope to incude sections to cover these important aspects of robotics). If you are interested in technology, robots or robotics then please bookmark this site and call back often as we aim to add information on a regular basis.
Planned Sections
Over the next few months we are planning to add a number of sections to this site but at the moment we have no plans for an online robotics store or any form of advertising but we may have to review this at a later date. Our main aim is the provision of useful information to enable more people to take up an interest in robots or robotics without too much expense.
We consider that a list of online robot/robotics resources would be most helpful as we have found that results on the likes of Google often fail to produce concise results for such things as places to buy robot components and the likes. Obviously construction of a really useful list of sites will take an enormous amount of effort so we plan to initially focus our energies on UK sites.
